Hey. I love the anime series of Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040.
Are there any cosplay sites that are selling Priss Asagiri costume? (not the hardsuit)

If you mean the black leather-y outfit It dosent really look to hard to aquire. Just a black leather/vinyl corset and a pair of black leather/vinyl pants and a good dark pair of boots, possibly those gogo boots in a black or dark blue color depending on what color you choose for the rest of the outfit. You may be able to just find a red leather/pleather/vinyl jacket you can modify to look like hers.

But If you are really keen on buying the outfit I would ask around cosplay.com. Or even check e-bay. There are plenty of people out there willing to sew a costume for a few bucks.
